In late 2007, Bangladesh was introduced to a musical prodigy named Oni Hasan, as his work for his band Vibe's debut album Chena Jogot turned a lot of heads. After Vibe disbanded, Oni went on to play as the lead guitarist for Warfaze before moving outside the country for higher studies.
While he was in Warfaze, a lot of new listeners were attracted to the already renowned band. He was a trendsetter not only in guitar-playing; when he picked up his Jackson guitar and went at it, it was a sight to behold. He was not only a musician but his humility and hard work were inspirational for an entire generation of young guitarists.
Even though he resides outside Bangladesh today, the virtuoso continues to make the country proud as renowned guitar company, Carvin/Kiesel Guitars have recently endorsed him as one of their official musicians. “I want to tell you guys out there who are starting a career in music: Don't you dare stop dreaming regardless of where you come from!” said Oni on his official Facebook page where he revealed the news.
