Rock band AVASH has released its fourth new animated music video "Anath" in collaboration with Team Platform, recently. 'Anath', written by Mehedi Hasan Nihon and Shawon Kaiyum was released on AVASH's official YouTube channel.
Presented and animated video created by the content production company, Team Platform, the music video was launched at a function held at the lounge of Yamaha Music Bangladesh, Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka where the band also performed live. The event was supported by Ekattor Foundation and Yamaha Music Bangladesh – ACI Motors.
AVASH features Suman (guitar), Raju (bass), Rinku (drums), and Shaon (keyboard) alongside Tanzir Tuhin.
"We've tried to personify the idea of 'being an orphan' to articulate feelings of loss in our lives. Society is not the same for orphans. The struggles, unpaved journeys that they go through alone, are unfair realisations of life," shared Tanzir Tuhin, the vocalist of the band. "In the same manner, each of us is alone in the journey of our lives, where at one point we realise that we are on our own. This song portrays that kind of reality and that's why we call it 'Anath'."
AVASH, in association with Team Platform, also announced their nationwide competition "LyricHunt" for their first album. Through this contest, the band will select 10 lyrics and create 10 animation music videos from the submitted ones.
