Kona Café, situated in the premises of Lakeshore Hotel, recently organised a fundraiser for two year old child Nusrat Fabiha, who is battling cancer.
Students of AISD, Sunbeams and Sir John Wilson performed at the event, which was attended by many young people in the capital. The performers were Marzuq, Jiwon Kim, Nabiha, Tahmeed and Yashmira.

The café is now regularly arranging musical evenings, previously featuring Elita Karim and Amid Hossain Chowdhury. Artistes like Arnob, Minar and Fairooz will perform in the coming weeks.
