Dentsu Aegis Network, iProspect to launch Female Foundry in Bangladesh

Dentsu Aegis Network and its digital performance agency iProspect, have formalised an initiative to mentor women led start-ups in India with an extension of the programme in Bangladesh.

The initiative – Female Foundry – will be launched in India and Bangladesh after its successful run in Singapore, according to a press release from Dentsu Aegis Network.

Female Foundry aims to drive diversity and inclusion in business. It provides access to tools, training, connections and resources, which will empower female entrepreneurs to thrive in today’s complex digital economy, the release said.

In India, Rubeena Singh, CEO, iProspect India, will be running the initiative with an extended leadership team from across Dentsu Aegis Network, while in Bangladesh, the extension of the initiative will be spearheaded by Sadia Afreen Chowdhury, group head of CSR and Social Initiatives, it added.

Interested applicants must meet the key criteria to be considered for selection. The selected participant will join the Female Foundry Boot Camp to be held in Mumbai, India from November 6-8, 2019.
