All the five accused -- Ahmed Shafat, Shadman Sakif, Nayeem Ashraf alias Halim, Shafat's driver Billal and bodyguard Abul Kalam Azad—were produced before the court today.

On May 6, one university girl filed the case with Banani Police Station accusing Shafat, Sakif and three others.

According to the case statement, two young men including Shafat raped the plaintiff and another university girl on March 28 at a birthday party at The Raintree Dhaka hotel at Banani while three others assisted them.

Police said they have found the allegations to be true so far.
