The three-day long virtual graduation ceremony of Scholastica, a leading English-medium school, ended on Friday.
Due to the pandemic, the event was organised online, school authorities said in a press release.
Certificates were awarded to 564 students of Scholastica Uttara and Mirpur senior sections. Among them, 333 students passed their O-levels and 231 their A-levels.
Dr Muhammed Zafar Iqbal, prominent writer and former professor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, was the ceremony's chief guest and addressed the graduates in a video message.
He urged students to be ideal humans first and foremost, saying, "You can use technology as much as you want. But remember, do not let technology use you."
