Bangladeshi cop dies in UN peacekeeping mission

A Bangladeshi police official died of sudden illness when he was on a UN peacekeeping mission in Mali.

Deceased Constable Md Omar Faruk breathed his last in Bamako of Mali around 2:30am (Bangladesh time), Sohel Rana, assistant inspector general of Police Headquarters in Dhaka, informed media.

His body has been kept in the mortuary of a hospital.
