Arabian extravaganza at Le Méridien Dhaka

Le Méridien Dhaka, combining the best of their experience in culinary arts and hospitality, is hosting Arabian Night at Olea, their contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, every Thursday and Saturday.

Inspired by the rich traditions of Arabia, the hotel has embraced the root of the Arabian heritage and is welcoming guests with the aroma of fine cuisines and a delightful Arabian ambience. This event is meant to be a treat for food lovers and culture enthusiasts alike. A grand four course Arabian dinner awaits the guests.

The fest starts with Hummus Bil Laham, Fattoush, cheese Sambusek, and Arabian seafood soup served with fresh lemon wedges and Croutons. Then moving to the main course, there are a selection of exclusive Arabian kababs as well as specialty dishes such as chicken Shish Taouk, Adana kebab, Australian lamb chop, which are served with Saffron rice, Tushka, grilled tomato and capsicum, garlic mayonnaise and Harissa sauce. Accompanying these grand dishes are an assortment of delicious Arabian desserts such as Om Ali.
