It is not a very unusual practice for many of us living in city central to depend heavily on the fashionable trends and attires of the neighbouring country. Be it any festival such as eid, puja, or, even the glamourous wedding season, we rely heavily on the designer wears from the adjacent country.
Sometimes, we even rush overseas in order to obtain the upscale collections. Being aware of such incredulous conditions, we bring to you a key to all your troubles, Zarish Couture — a luxury prêt-à-porter and bridal couture boutique for both men and women.
Zarish Couture is the brainchild of chief designer Farzana Rahman and Aminul Islam. They have been working on this venture since 2016.
Professionally, they are both renowned interior designers who have worked together in several extravagant boutique hotels and offices for the past 19 years.
In addition, for the last three years, they have also undertaken Zarish Couture.
The duo has spent an enormous amount of resources and time studying the designs of the nearby countries. Research helped them understand what consumers seek in taste, style and comfort of elite wear.
With this in mind, Farzana Rahman, along with her skilled designer team, put everything together in Muslin, silk, khaadi, and dupian.
Over the years, their factory grew, and the artisans became more skilled in making unique batches of designer clothes that can now be made and delivered to customers within a week. The attires include shalwar kameezs, lehengas, shararas, and all other recent trends —intricate embroidery, karchupi, zari, and sequin work.
On 20 April, 2019, they carried out an exclusive preview before the launch of Zarish Couture by celebrity Siam Ahmed and wife Shamma Rushafy Abantee. At the launching event, Zarish showcased a wide collection of signature and party wear for both men and woman.
For men, they have an exclusive line of panjabis, embracing sophisticated work in zari, embroidery, dabka etc.
Zarish will soon be introducing simple and regular clothing for everyday wear within a much more affordable range, before Eid-ul-Fitr. Clients can also customise colour, patterns, and designs of their clothing, if they so wish.
Zarish Couture believes in perfection that will be experienced through their dazzling, yet sophisticated attires.
After all, life cannot be perfect, but outfits sure can be!
