Nurturing young dreams

Dream Deviser, founded by Golam Rabbani, is recognised for generating positive content and nurturing the aspirations of youngsters. They emphasise on the importance of 'dream education', which is regarded as the key to goal fulfillment through a variety of elements like dedication, hard work, effectivity, quality development, morality and productivity. Their journey began in 2015 with a team of 30 members and more than 200 volunteers.

With daily news of alarming crime rates, unemployment and disease epidemics, the team initially faced challenges in keeping the group members' morale up. Today, the conduct education-related activities, both online and offline.  They started shooting live videos, titled 'Shopno Adda' in 2016. So far, they have published over 200 video interviews on their Facebook page. Apart from that, Team Dream Deviser's 'Bangla Test Model' promotes the importance of our mother language as they try to deliver quality content bilingually. They also run a YouTube channel to promote helpful and positive content.

Team Dream Deviser successfully conducted school programmes and workshops all across Bangladesh for teachers and students with no registration fees. They often host e guest speakers and ask guardians to attend such events. The Thana Nirbahi Officer (TNO), Deputy Commissioner (DC), District Superintendent of Police (SP) and journalists of the region are also invited to join their panel discussions. "These events let us to survey general information and receive audience feedback. We keep such things in mind while designing future programmes," shared Samim Ashraf, Head of Communications at Dream Deviser. Their events are usually sponsored and conducted on a regular basis. Ahsanur Zaman, Head of HR at Dream Deviser, asks young people to identify their roles in the society and be confident to raise their own voices.

Dream Deviser has collaborated with Lifebuoy to design and develop content for some books that will be distributed across specific schools in Bangladesh by Lifebuoy.
