Part of the “Digital Bangladesh” vision and developed through an initiative of the ICT Ministry, “”, will evolve to meet the growing need for real-time NID verification, says the release from ICT Division.

Currently, service providers take three to five days to verify NID -- for providing various services. With the new service, they can get NID verification results automatically by connecting to the gateway.
