Kona and Imran collaborate with Emon Shaha on ‘Dewa’
Dilshad Nahar Kona and Imran Mahmudul are a brilliant duo, who have worked on many hit songs together. Recently, they collaborated for the government granted film, "Golui".
The duo have voiced the song, "Dewa" by noted composer Emon Shaha.
"Golui" is directed by S A Haque Olike and produced by Khorshedul Alam Khosru.
"The film will have five tracks, out of which I will be working on three of them," says Shaha.
The track, "Dewa", is penned by Jewel Mahmud. "It is a folk song, with a pre-monsoon feel to it, when people call to nature for rain," adds Emon Shaha.
"While recording we were discussing that it will be another dance number for stage performers," adds Shaha.
"Dewa is not a romantic song. It is a folk song that highlights the pre-monsoon environment in villages," says Kona. "This song is a new experience for me. I have never voiced for such a genre before."
"Emon dada is a great music composer, and he has put great effort into this song," Kona adds.
Moreover, Kumar Biswajit recorded a track for the film earlier. Shaha also said that there will be a sad track, which will be recorded soon.
The Shakib Khan and Puja Cherry starrer "Golui" will complete filming by this year.
