Roads and Highways Department on Monday conducted a drive in Chattogram city to reclaim its land, on which a trader had allegedly built a warehouse for his tyre business. But the drive led to major traffic congestion, as the seized tyres were just piled up at Monsurabad area, obstructing about half of this road, and no initiatives were taken to relocate the tyres until yesterday afternoon.
