Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo was, according to France Football, considering a move to Paris Saint-Germain last winter but talks were allegedly blocked by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Portuguese talisman is expected to stay at Juventus in 2020-21, but the outlet claims he was contemplating a move to the French giants during the winter.
France Football writes that Ronaldo's entourage 'considered it very probable' that the 35-year-old would leave Juventus and move to Paris.
The report claims the pandemic blocked the proposed negotiations and Ronaldo ended up staying in Turin.
The report comes only days before the Old Lady's return leg against Olympique Lyonnais in the last 16 of the Champions League, where Juventus must turn around a 1-0 defeat from the Groupama Stadium in Lyon.
