Ruman Sana beat China’s Shi Zenqi in the individual recurve men’s event final to clinch gold in the Asia Cup Archery: Stage 3 at Clark City, Phillipines today.

Having drawn the first set 28-28, he lost the second set 29-26 but turned things around in the third set winning by a margin of 27-25.

Ruman took the lead when he won the fourth set 28-25 before winning a tight fifth set 28-27 to clinch the final.
